Available for Construction on Wet Base: It can be directly constructed on wet base without waiting for the base to be completely dry, and the bonding is firm, which effectively shortens the construction period, and it will not flow when constructed on vertical surfaces.

Dual Waterproof Effect: It can not only form a continuous and dense waterproof membrane on the base surface, but also the active ingredients can penetrate into the base to form crystals, dual water blocking, the waterproof effect is consistent on both positive and negative water surfaces.

IV.Construction Method

Base Treatment: The base surface shall be firm, flat, clean, free of looseness, sanding, oil stains and open water. Obvious pores and sand holes can be smoothed with leakage stopping agent or cement mortar, and the parts such as internal and external corners and pipe roots shall be treated as rounded corners. If the base is dry, sprinkle water to wet it in advance until there is no open water.

Material Mixing: According to the ratio of liquid component : powder component = 1:2, pour the liquid component into the mixing container first, then slowly add the powder component, stir fully with an electric mixer for 3-5 minutes until uniform paste without particles and sediment is formed. Manual mixing is prohibited to ensure uniform mixing.

Node Reinforcement: For special node parts such as internal and external corners, pipe roots, construction joints and junctions of different materials, carry out additional layer reinforcement treatment first, apply the slurry thickly on the node parts with a brush for sealing and leakage stopping.

Layered Coating: Brush the slurry evenly with a brush or roller, do not miss any area. Generally, 2 coats are required, and the thickness of each coat shall not exceed 1mm. The coating directions of the two coats shall be vertical and cross. The interval time shall be subject to the coating drying and non-sticky to hands, usually 1-2 hours. If the interval exceeds 24 hours and the coating is cured, wet the base fully with clean water first before the next coat.

Curing & Acceptance: After the construction is completed, before the coating is completely dried, trampling, rain erosion, exposure to the sun and sharp damage are prohibited. After curing for 24 hours at normal temperature, the water closed test can be carried out to accept the waterproof effect.
V.Packaging & Storage

Packaging Specification: Three specifications are available: 5kg/barrel, 10kg/barrel and 20kg/barrel, with matched two-component packaging.

Storage Conditions: The liquid component shall be stored in a cool and dry place above 5℃, avoid sunlight and freezing. The powder component shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place to prevent moisture.

Shelf Life: For unopened products, the shelf life is 12 months under the above compliant storage conditions.
