I. Product Introduction


Caberry polymer liquid membrane (also known as high elastic rubber waterproofing) is a water-based single-component polymer liquid reaction-curing waterproof coating material. It is formulated with silicone rubber emulsion as the main base material, blended with inorganic fillers and various additives scientifically. After application, it forms a black high-elastic rubber-like seamless waterproof membrane. It is a high-quality upgrade alternative to traditional SBS waterproof membranes, and is an eco-friendly product vigorously promoted by the National Building Waterproof Materials Association. It combines the high weather resistance of membranes and the construction convenience of coatings, perfectly adapting to waterproofing needs of complex special-shaped substrates.

II. Core Selling Points


  1. Ultra-high elasticity, with elongation at break of 800%-1000%, can cover substrate cracks within 3mm, adapting to substrate deformation caused by building settlement and temperature changes as high elongation rubber coating.

V. Construction Method


  1. Substrate Treatment: Clean floating ash, slag, oil, release agent and other stains on the substrate. Level the low-lying parts with 1:3 cement mortar, and remove the convex parts to keep the substrate firm, free of looseness and sanding. Fully wet the substrate with water, and construction can be carried out when there is no standing water on the substrate. It can be constructed on wet substrates with moisture content of 40%, which is an important advantage of flexible liquid rubber coating.
  2. Detail Reinforcement: For special nodes such as internal and external corners, joints, dividing joints, pipe roots and water outlets, first use plugging materials for sealing treatment, then use a brush to thickly coat the node parts with slurry. Lay glass fiber cloth or polyester cloth for reinforcement if necessary to avoid water leakage at nodes, especially for crack bridging liquid rubber performance.
  3. Coating Application: Stir thoroughly before use. It can be applied by brush, roller or spray. Generally, apply 2-4 coats with an interval of 2-4 hours between each coat. The next coat should be applied after the previous coat is completely dry, and the brushing directions are perpendicular to each other to ensure uniform film forming as single component liquid rubber. When used as a substrate treatment agent, it can be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:2, with a dosage of about 0.2kg/㎡.
  4. Curing & Acceptance: Before the coating is fully cured, prohibit trampling, stacking heavy objects and sharp objects. Avoid rain within 24 hours after construction. After 3-5 days of full curing at normal temperature, conduct a water ponding test. The water storage depth should not be less than 20mm, and no obvious drop of water surface within 24 hours means qualified construction. As eco friendly liquid rubber, it is safe for both construction and use.

VI. Packaging & Storage


  • Packaging Specification: 5kg, 10kg, 20kg, 50kg sealed plastic bucket, conventional 20kg/bucket as standard, suitable for bulk liquid rubber waterproofing procurement for engineering projects.
  • Standard Color: Black; customized colors are available for engineering projects.
  • Storage Condition: Store in cool, ventilated and dry place, storage temperature not lower than 0℃, keep away from direct sunlight.
  • Shelf Life: 12 months in original sealed package, can be extended to 18 months under good storage conditions without opening.
  • Transportation: Regarded as non-hazardous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable and non-corrosive, can be transported as ordinary goods. Avoid inversion, extrusion and low-temperature freezing during transportation. It is also suitable for liquid rubber waterproof coating projects with proper storage.
