Aspartic Polyurea Waterproof Coating is two-component high-performance aliphatic polyurea material. It consists of aspartic resin and isocyanate curing agent. After mixing and curing, it forms a tough, seamless, highly elastic waterproof membrane.

Unlike ordinary polyurethane, it features superior UV resistance, anti-chalking and anti-aging performance, suitable for direct outdoor exposure without extra topcoat. It cures fast at high temperature, maintains high elongation and tensile strength, bridges micro-cracks caused by large temperature swings. It bonds firmly to concrete, metal roof, cement mortar and many other substrates.

1. Surface preparation: Substrate solid, clean, dry. Remove dust, rust, grease, loose materials. Repair cracks, holes and weak areas first.
2. Substrate moisture must be controlled. Standing water is forbidden; high moisture will cause blistering and poor adhesion.
3. Mix component A and B strictly by recommended ratio. Stir thoroughly for required time. Do NOT add extra water or solvent.
4. Pay attention to pot life, mix only workable quantity each time.
5. Apply first coat evenly, wait till proper curing, then apply second cross coat. Two coats are normally recommended.
6. Protect fresh coating from rain before fully cured. Avoid construction during heavy rain.

Q: Does aspartic polyurea need extra topcoat?
A: No need. It is aliphatic formula, naturally UV resistant. Can be directly exposed outdoors, no fast chalking, unlike ordinary aromatic polyurea or PU.

Q: Can it be applied on color steel metal roof?
A: Yes. It bonds well to metal surface, works as waterproofing plus anti-corrosion layer for metal roofing under hot tropical sunshine.

Q: What is the coverage rate?
A: Around 0.8–1.2 kg per square meter for two coats. Actual consumption depends on substrate roughness. Our team can calculate total quantity once you provide your project area.
