V. Construction Method

  1. Base Pretreatment: Clean the debris in the backfill area, complete the base waterproof construction, fix the squatting pan, toilet and sewage pipeline, and do the pipe protection. This preparation step is the key to ensure the effect of backfill agent for toilet application.
  2. Material Mixing: Add 40-45KG clean water into the special mixing bucket, first add component A, stir and foam at high speed, after the foaming is stable, switch to low speed, slowly add 50KG ordinary Portland cement, then add component B, stir for 1.5 minutes until uniform and smooth.
  3. Pouring Backfill: Move the stirred foaming slurry to the backfill position, pour it into the backfill area, repeat the stirring and pouring process until the entire area is backfilled, after pouring, stir lightly with a mud knife to eliminate excessive bubbles.
  4. Surface Leveling: After pouring, lightly press the surface with a mud knife or trowel, smooth it to form a water flowing slope for drainage.
  5. Curing Construction: After 24 hours of curing at normal temperature, subsequent waterproofing, tiling and other processes can be carried out; if the subsequent construction is not carried out in time, water sprinkling curing is required every two days to prevent drying and cracking.
