I.Core Functions

Penetration Crystallization Waterproofing: The active ingredients in the slurry can penetrate into the capillary pores and micro-cracks of the cement base to conduct chemical reaction, generating insoluble dendritic crystals to block water seepage channels from the inside, forming a dense integrated waterproof layer. It also has waterproof function on the negative water surface.

Available for Construction on Wet Base: It can be directly constructed on wet base without waiting for the base to be completely dry, effectively shortening the construction period.

Convenient Follow-up Processes: There is no need to build an additional mortar protection layer after construction. Follow-up operations such as tile pasting, plastering and finish construction can be carried out directly, greatly improving construction efficiency.

Environmental Protection & Safety: It is a water-based product, non-toxic, harmless and pollution-free, which is a green environmental protection material. It can be directly used in scenarios directly contacting with water such as drinking water tanks and fish ponds. Meanwhile, it can inhibit the growth of mold and prevent the pollution of moisture and salt to the finish.

Impermeability, Crack Resistance & Compression Resistance: The crystals penetrate into the base material, endowing the waterproof layer with high impermeability and compression resistance. It can cover micro-cracks less than 0.4mm and resist slight structural vibration.

Ⅳ.Construction Method

Base Treatment: The base surface shall be firm, flat, clean, free of looseness, sanding, oil stains and open water. Obvious pores and sand holes shall be blocked and smoothed with cement mortar, and sharp edges, internal and external corners shall be treated as rounded corners. If the base is dry, sprinkle water to wet it in advance until there is no open water.

Material Mixing: According to the ratio of liquid component : powder component = 1:1.25, pour the liquid component into the mixing container first, then slowly add the powder component, stir fully with an electric mixer for 3-5 minutes until uniform paste without particles and sediment is formed. Intermittent stirring can be carried out during the operation to prevent slurry sedimentation.

Node Reinforcement: For special node parts such as internal and external corners, pipe roots, construction joints and junctions of different materials, carry out additional layer reinforcement treatment first, apply the slurry thickly on the node parts with a brush for sealing and leakage stopping.

Layered Coating: Brush the slurry evenly with a brush or roller, do not miss any area. Generally, 2 coats are required, and the thickness of each coat shall not exceed 1mm. The coating directions of the two coats shall be vertical and cross. The interval time shall be subject to the coating drying and non-sticky to hands, usually 1-2 hours. If the interval exceeds 24 hours and the coating is cured, wet the base fully with clean water first before the next coat.

Curing & Acceptance: After the construction is completed, avoid disturbing the coating before it dries. After curing for 24 hours at normal temperature, the water closed test can be carried out to accept the waterproof effect.

V.Packaging & Storage

Packaging Specification: Three specifications are available: 5kg/barrel, 10kg/barrel and 20kg/barrel, with matched two-component packaging.

Storage Conditions: The liquid component shall be stored in a cool and dry place above 5℃, avoid sunlight and freezing. The powder component shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place to prevent moisture.

Shelf Life: For unopened products, the shelf life is 12 months under the above compliant storage conditions.
