I. Product Introduction


Caberry 911 two-component polyurethane waterproof coating (also known as 911 polyurethane waterproof coating) is a reactive polymer waterproof coating, consisting of component A (polyurethane prepolymer containing isocyanate groups) and component B (mixture of polyhydroxy curing agent, plasticizer, tackifier, mildew inhibitor, diluent and other additives). The two components are mixed evenly in a certain proportion, and after curing, a uniform and elastic overall waterproof adhesive film is formed. This product is non-tar environmental protection type, non-tar polyurethane coating, does not contain benzene solvents and coal tar components, no pollution to the environment. It is one of the waterproof coatings with the best waterproof effect and strongest elasticity at present, widely used in various building waterproofing projects, especially suitable for scenarios with extremely high waterproof performance requirements such as basements, kitchens, bathrooms and pools as basement waterproofing coating and bathroom waterproofing coating.

V. Construction Method


  1. Substrate Treatment: The construction surface is required to be dry, solid, flat, free of dust and oil, with moisture content <8% (tested by 1㎡卷材 coverage method, no watermark after 4 hours). Internal and external corners should be made into circular arcs, with internal corner diameter >50mm and external corner diameter >10mm, and low-lying damaged areas must be filled and smoothed. This is an important prerequisite for liquid applied polyurethane waterproofing performance.
  2. Mixing & Stirring: Strictly weigh according to component A: component B = 1:2 (or package label), use electric mixer, stir for 3-5 minutes until the color is uniform, no streaks and no bubbles. Let stand for 3 minutes to defoam before use, and the mixed coating should be used up within 20-30 minutes. It is a high-quality high tensile strength polyurethane coating.
  3. Node Reinforcement: At pipe roots, internal and external corners, cracks, first apply a layer of coating, then lay non-woven fabric or glass fiber mesh to make "one cloth two coats" reinforcement layer, and paste glass fiber cloth on weak parts to increase strength.
  4. Layered Coating: Usually carried out in two coats. The first coat is thin (0.5-0.8mm) to penetrate into the base pores and seal the base. After the first coat is surface dry (not sticky, about 6-8 hours), apply the second coat, with the direction perpendicular to the first coat. Total thickness: wall ≥1.2mm, ground ≥1.5mm. It is also suitable for bulk polyurethane waterproof coating procurement for engineering projects.
  5. Protective Layer Construction: To increase the bonding force between the waterproof layer and the protective layer, sprinkle coarse sand or fine stone rice on the surface before the last coat is cured, which can strengthen the bonding between the protective layer and the waterproof layer. No stepping is allowed within 24 hours after construction, and the cement mortar protective layer should be made immediately after all waterproof layers are completely dry.
  6. Water Ponding Acceptance: 48-72 hours after completion (depending on temperature), conduct 24-48 hours water ponding test, no leakage is qualified. It is also an excellent polyurethane waterproof membrane for long-term protection.

VI. Packaging & Storage


  • Packaging Specification: 24kg/set, 30kg/set sealed iron drum packaging (component A + component B), supporting engineering customized packaging, suitable for bulk polyurethane waterproof coating procurement for engineering projects;
  • Standard Color: Black (after mixing), other colors can be customized according to demand;
  • Storage Condition: The product should be stored in a ventilated and cool place, sealed, prohibited from approaching fire sources, storage temperature 5℃-35℃, avoid direct sunlight and low-temperature freezing;
  • Shelf Life: 12 months in original sealed package, can be appropriately extended under good storage conditions without opening;
  • Transportation: Prevent collision, sun and rain during transportation, regarded as non-flammable goods, can be transported as ordinary goods, pay attention to keep the packaging intact, strictly prohibit contact with water.
