5. Construction Method

1. Substrate Treatment: Clean dust, oil and loose parts on the substrate to keep it flat, solid, leak-free and free of standing water. Level the uneven parts and cracks, and polish the internal and external corners into arc shapes. For cracks larger than 3mm, fill them with a viscous mixture of this product and talcum powder first, which is an important step for crack bridging acrylic coating performance.
2. Detail Reinforcement: Apply an extra thick coat of waterproof coating on weak nodes such as corners, joints, dividing joints, pipe penetrations and water outlets first. Lay polyester fabric for reinforcement if necessary to avoid water leakage at joints, especially for acrylic waterproofing for renovation projects.
3. Coating Application: Stir thoroughly before use. It can be applied by brush, roller or scraper. Generally, apply 2-4 coats with an interval of 3-6 hours between each coat. The next coat should be applied after the previous coat is completely dry, and the brushing directions are perpendicular to each other to ensure uniform film forming as high elasticity acrylic coating.
4. Curing & Acceptance: Before the coating is fully cured, prohibit trampling, stacking heavy objects and sharp objects. Avoid rain within 24 hours after construction. After 7 days of full curing at normal temperature, conduct a water ponding test. No leakage within 24-48 hours means qualified construction. As eco friendly acrylic waterproofing, it is safe for both construction and use.

• Packaging Specification: 5kg, 10kg, 20kg, 50kg sealed plastic bucket, suitable for bulk acrylic waterproof coating procurement for engineering projects.
• Standard Color: White, gray; customized colors are available for engineering projects.
• Storage Condition: Store in cool, dry and ventilated place, storage temperature not lower than 0℃, keep away from direct sunlight.
• Shelf Life: 18 months in original sealed package. If there is no peculiar smell after expiration, it can still be used.
• Transportation: Regarded as non-hazardous goods. Avoid inversion, extrusion and low-temperature freezing during transportation. It is also suitable for acrylic waterproofing for swimming pool projects with proper storage.
