I. Product Overview
Caberry Water-based Environmental Polyurethane Waterproof Coating is a one-component, water-based reaction-curing high-molecular elastic waterproof coating material. Made of water-based polyurethane resin as the main film-forming material, refined with environmental-friendly additives and functional fillers, it contains no organic solvents, non-toxic, odorless, and 100% green.
After application, the coating reacts with moisture in the air to form a continuous, seamless, highly elastic integral waterproof film. It features excellent adhesion, crack resistance and weather resistance, suitable for both indoor home renovation and outdoor engineering exposed use, and is one of the most popular environmental-friendly waterproof materials in the global market.

Ⅴ.Application Method
1. Base Preparation
- The base must be solid, flat, clean, no dust, no oil, no cracks
- Internal and external corners should be made into arc shape (R≥50mm) for uniform coating
- If the crack width >0.3mm, repair it with epoxy mortar or leak plugging agent first
- Base moisture content should be ≤10% (test by plastic film method: no condensation after 24h coverage)
2. Construction Process
- Primer Coat: Dilute the coating with 30% clean water, brush the base evenly to form a sealing layer, enhance adhesion
- First Coat: After the primer is surface dry (about 2-4h), use a rubber scraper or brush to apply evenly in vertical direction, thickness control 0.5-0.7mm
- Reinforcement Layer: For weak parts such as pipe root, floor drain, internal/external corners, deformation joints, use "one fabric, two coats" process: first apply a layer of coating → lay 300mm wide non-woven fabric (lap width 100mm) → apply another layer of coating to completely cover the fabric
- Second Coat: After the first coat is touch dry (about 8-12h), cross apply in horizontal direction, thickness control 0.5-0.7mm
- Third Coat: According to design requirements, you can apply the third coat, total thickness reach 1.5-2mm
- Protective Layer: After the coating is completely dry (about 24h), you can carry out follow-up processes such as cement mortar or tile laying
3. Reference Consumption
- 1.0mm thick coating: about 1.2-1.5kg/㎡
- 1.5mm thick coating: about 1.8-2.2kg/㎡
- 2.0mm thick coating: about 2.4-2.8kg/㎡
4. Construction Notes
- Construction environment temperature: 5℃-35℃, relative humidity <85%
- No construction in rainy, snowy or windy days
- Mixed coating should be used up within 2 hours to avoid curing waste
- Keep ventilation during construction, workers should wear gloves and masks
- Before the coating is completely dry, no trampling or heavy stacking
Ⅵ.Packaging & Storage
- Packaging Specification: 20kg per drum, high-strength plastic drum, good sealing performance
- Shelf Life: 12 months (unopened, under specified storage conditions)

Storage Conditions:
- Store in a dry, ventilated, cool warehouse, away from fire and heat source
- Storage temperature: 0℃-40℃, prevent freezing and sun exposure
- Avoid collision, inversion and rain during transportation
- This product is non-hazardous chemical, can be transported as ordinary goods
