Penetrates 2–4 mm into porous cement plaster walls, binds loose chalky mortar grains, stops wall powdering, shedding and dusting permanently.

- Surface prep: Sweep loose dust, debris and oil stains. Remove all large crumbling plaster chunks.
- Wall can be slightly damp, but standing water must be removed completely from surface.
- Stir liquid thoroughly before use. Apply neat; avoid excessive dilution which weakens consolidation effect.
- Roll or brush evenly over wall. For heavily chalky plaster, apply two coats with proper drying interval.
- Allow full curing time, until wall surface becomes firm and no powder rubs off when touched.
- After fully cured, proceed with plastering, putty, paint, tile adhesive or wall waterproof coating.

Q: Can wall primer fill big cracks on plaster walls?
A: Wall primer stabilizes powdery and loose plaster, it is not crack filler. Wide cracks need separate repair before applying wall primer.
Q: What is the main difference between Wall Primer and Floor Primer (Ground Hardener)?
A: Wall primer is formulated for vertical plaster surfaces. It has anti-sag property, optimized for plaster porosity. Floor primer has higher abrasion resistance for ground surfaces under walking loads. They cannot replace each other in most cases.
Q: Can I apply this wall primer on exterior masonry walls?

V. Construction Method

Base Treatment: Ensure that the wall base is solid and flat, remove floating ash, oil stains, loose and peeling parts, repair obvious cracks, construction can be carried out when there is no open water on the base. This preparation step is the key to ensure the effect of wall reinforcement agent application.

Dilution: According to the construction needs, dilute the wall primer with clean water, the conventional ratio is 1:0.5 (super concentrated type, up to 1:1 dilution), stir evenly, let it stand for 5 minutes and stir again before use.

Brushing Construction: Use a roller or brush to evenly apply the diluted wall primer, can apply 1-2 coats; if you need roughening treatment, you can mix the wall primer with cement into a paste, apply it on the base surface, which is a standard step for exterior wall primer construction.

Cross Construction: If applying two coats, wait until the first coat is completely dry (about 2-4 hours), then apply the second coat, and the direction of the second coat is perpendicular to the first coat to ensure uniform coverage.
