- Surface preparation: Sweep away loose dust, debris and oil. Remove large crumbling mortar chunks.
- Make the substrate slightly damp; standing water on floor surface must be removed completely.
- Stir the liquid well before use. Apply directly, do not over-dilute with extra water.
- Roll evenly over floor. For heavily sanding screeds, apply two coats with proper interval.
- Let it fully cure until floor becomes hard and no sand comes off when rubbed.
- Once cured, proceed with self-leveling, tile adhesive or floor waterproof coating.

Q: Can floor primer fix big cracks on concrete floor?
A: Floor primer is for consolidating powdery, sanding substrate, it is not crack filler. Wide cracks should be repaired separately before applying floor primer.
Q: What is the difference between floor primer and wall sand consolidating primer?
A: Floor primer has stronger anti-abrasion and anti-alkali performance, formulated for ground which bears walking load. Sand consolidating primer is optimized for vertical wall substrates. Do not mix them up.

Q: What is coverage rate?

V. Construction Method

Base Treatment: Ensure that the floor base is solid and flat, remove floating ash, oil stains, loose and peeling parts, repair obvious cracks, construction can be carried out when there is no open water on the base. This preparation step is the key to ensure the effect of floor reinforcement agent application.

Dilution: According to the construction needs, dilute the floor primer with clean water, the conventional ratio is 1:0.5 (super concentrated type, up to 1:1 dilution), stir evenly, let it stand for 5 minutes and stir again before use.

Brushing Construction: Use a roller or brush to evenly apply the diluted floor primer, can apply 1-2 coats; if you need roughening treatment, you can mix the floor primer with cement into a paste, apply it on the base surface, which is a standard step for floor primer for garage construction.

Cross Construction: If applying two coats, wait until the first coat is completely dry (about 2-4 hours), then apply the second coat, and the direction of the second coat is perpendicular to the first coat to ensure uniform coverage.

Subsequent Construction: After the floor primer is completely cured (about 24 hours), you can carry out subsequent construction such as tile laying, wood flooring installation, self-leveling construction, floor paint brushing.
