When applied, the low-viscosity liquid penetrates deep into porous mortar. After water evaporates, the polymer resin locks sand and cement particles tightly together to form a tough, non-dusting hard base layer. It solves the common headache of weak substrate, which causes waterproof coating blistering, peeling and tile hollowing. It is a must-use pretreatment primer before applying K11, JS, acrylic waterproof coating or tile glue. Our tropical formula keeps good penetration even under high temperature. - Surface prep: Clean surface, sweep away loose dust, debris and oil. Remove large crumbling chunks.
- Make sure substrate is dry or slightly damp, no standing water on surface.
- Stir product well before use. Ready for application directly; do not over-dilute.
- Apply evenly by roller or brush. For heavily sanding surfaces, apply 2 coats with proper interval.
- Allow full curing time until surface becomes hard and no longer sheds sand.
- After fully cured, proceed with K11 / JS / acrylic waterproof coating or tiling work.

Q: Can sand consolidating primer repair big cracks?
A: It is for loose sand and dusting substrate, not crack filler. Wide cracks should be repaired separately before applying sand consolidating primer.
Q: Can I skip this primer if cement surface looks hard?
A: If the mortar rubs off sand when scraping by hand, you still need it. Weak substrate is hidden risk, which may cause waterproof coating peeling later.

V. Construction Method

Base Treatment: Ensure that the base layer is solid and flat, remove floating ash, oil stains, loose and peeling parts, repair obvious cracks, construction can be carried out when there is no open water on the base. This preparation step is the key to ensure the effect of base reinforcement agent application.

Material Mixing: Before use, stir fully with a wooden stick to mix the product evenly, this product is ready to use after opening the barrel, no need to add water for dilution.

Brushing Construction: Use a roller or brush to evenly apply the product, can apply 1-2 coats according to the needs of subsequent processes: if the subsequent process is bottoming treatment, apply one coat; if the subsequent process is wallpaper pasting, apply two coats.

Cross Construction: If applying two coats, wait until the first coat is completely dry, then apply the second coat, and the direction of the second coat is perpendicular to the first coat to ensure uniform coverage.

Subsequent Construction: After the product is completely dry (24 hours at normal temperature, 48 hours at low temperature), you can carry out subsequent construction such as putty scraping, latex paint brushing, wallpaper pasting, tile laying.
